Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a tactical fight sport in which coordination and conditioning are key. These days we use kickboxing a lot for fun. This gives the possibility to develop as a kickboxer, but you do not have to get into the ring.  

What do we do? 

During the kickboxing classes every part of kickboxing will be taught. The different techniques and improving conditioning are very important. Besides the physical benefits, there are also mental and emotional benefits. The kickboxing classes are ideal to clear the head, increase defensibly and fight stress.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a total body workout where you will train in a group, outdoors. You will work to improve your endurance and your strength. In these workouts you will mostly use your own bodyweight as equipment. You will work individually, with partners and as teams. Having fun is key!

What do we do? 

During the bootcamp workouts the participants are active for 60 minutes. The training is highly effective which will provide quick results. The workouts are accessible for everyone and every level of fitness. By focusing on technique first we will train in a safe way.

CrossCamp

CrossCamp is a combination of CrossFit and Bootcamp. A total body work-out with bodyweight and equipment. You'll work out individually, in buddys and in a team. Having fun is everything! 

What do we do? 

During this workout functional movements in a high intensity will be trained. Therefore we create a common fitness level. CrossCamp will last for 60 minutes outdoor where we will enjoy endurance and strength.

By team exercises we will bond together and that will give positive energy inside your organization. Every level of fitness is welcome in these classes.

An organization can get to know one of our sports by selecting a clinic. Just one time having fun with the different sports in our menu. 

What do we do?  

We use sports and games as tool to raise the teams energy, to improve communication and to create new insights. cAlso we will raise trust among the team.

Of course having fun is also one of our main topics. Enjoying sports is not only good for a healthy lifestyle, it's also a lot of fun. 

Personal Training 

Getting into a healthy lifestyle can be difficult, but as soon as the first step has been made... how to continue? Our trainers can help you out. 

What do we do? 

In personal training we will focus on the client. Every body is different and has a different goal. The Werk Atleet trainer will guide you towards your own goals. We will focus on exercising, food and relaxation.

Running

You would like to join for a running competition, but it's hard to start without any injuries. Well, we would like to help you and your team! Easy in building up the load is guaranteed success. 

What do we do? 

In our running classes we will work to a personal goal. Weekly steps towards your goal! Everything of course in a safe and injury-free environment.

In different workouts we will work on running techniques and volume to reach for competition. Weekly training to get everyone over the finish line!  

Yoga

Get consious in finding balance between mind and body. That's where Werk Atleet Yoga is all about. Together with colleagues searching for inner peach, makes the team stronger and gives extra energy for the working weeks. 

What do we do? 

During yoga different poses will be taken to make the body more flexible. Also during yoga there will be a lot of attention for breathing techniques. During class you will have the possibility to empty your mind.

Pilates

You would like a strong and fit body without heavy lifting? Then pilates might be something for you. It focuses on strengthening your core and lower belly muscles.. Strong core can releave some of stress in your back and neck. In pilates it's all about stretching, strengthening and control to create longer and flexible muscles.

What do we do? 

During a 60 minute pilates class every element of the body will be trained so it is a total body workout. The right guidance and attention to execute exercises in a correct and safe way will make sure you will get your results.

Since there is not a single body the same, everyone will draw their own line.

 After 10 classes you will feel the differente,
After 20 classes you will see the difference,
After 30 classes you are on your way to create a whole new body.

Powerwalking

Are you not able to run or you just don't like it. But you like to workout on your endurance and you would like to do it outside? Then powerwalking might be something for you. With Zession powerwalk we work on safe and accessible walking techniques to prevent yourself from getting injured. Safety and fun are the main thing in powerwalk. 

What do we do? 

You will get class from a recognized Zession power walk trainer. You will work on specific walking techniques where 1 foot stays at the ground. This means no running and no jumping. By moving the arms in the workout, you can think of it as a total body workout. Every muscles will get some tension and therefore they will get stronger and your endurance will get better. Zession Powerwalk Trainer. Er wordt gewerkt met speciale looptechnieken, waarbij altijd met 1 voet aan de grond gelopen wordt. Er wordt niet gerend en ook niet gesprongen. Doordat de armen flink mee bewegen tijdens de training, kan men wel spreken van een total-body-workout. Al je spieren worden aan het werk gezet waardoor je spieren sterker worden en je conditie na 4 weken al aanzienlijk verbeterd is.

No Sweat 30

Would you like a strong and flexible body without heavy weights? Maybe no sweat 30 is something you would like! With dynamic and static stretches we will work on strength, mobility and flexability. In your working clothes working on moving and a healthy lifestyle, that's how we roll! We designed the no sweat 30 program together with physiotherapists and we will work mainly on balance, coordination, position and core-stability to reduce complaints in lower back, neck and shoulders.

What do we do? 

During a 30 minute workout you will work on a low intense level. Due to the low intensity the name honors itself: no sweat! There will be no sweating but we will work on stretches and isometric strength exercises. Getting stronger has never been so easy.
